Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to leads, converting them into active customers, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency,

exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English, and a deep understanding of customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Management: Reach out to leads provided by the company daily using various

communication platforms, including WhatsApp.

- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into active customers by effectively communicating WriteX's

value proposition and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.

- Target Achievement: Work towards monthly sales targets set by the company, focusing on





both lead conversion rates and customer acquisition costs.

- Technical Proficiency: Utilize MS Office Suite to manage leads, prepare reports, and analyze

sales data for strategic planning.

- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent command over Hindi and English languages to engage

with a diverse client base, ensuring clear and persuasive communication.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop strategies

that enhance lead generation and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM

software.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Robust analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
