Manager Audit & Assurance

We are hiring for a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm looking to onboard an experienced and motivated Manager – Audit & Assurance.

Location: Mumbai (Andheri West) (Monday to Saturday - Alternate Sat Off)

Qualification

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience

3-5 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed Chartered Accountancy firm.

Experience in handling listed entity audits and Limited Review assignments is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage statutory audits of listed and unlisted companies.

Independently handle Limited Review assignments for listed entities.

Review and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).

Plan, execute, and review Internal Financial Controls (IFC) engagements.

Review financial statements and audit documentation in accordance with the Standards on Auditing (SAs) and the Companies Act, 2013.

Coordinate directly with clients' CFOs, finance teams, Audit Committees, and statutory auditors.

Lead audit teams,



review work performed by team members, and ensure timely completion of engagements.

Mentor and develop article assistants and qualified staff.

Desired Skills

Solid knowledge of:

o Statutory Audits

o Listed Entity Audits

o Limited Reviews

o Ind AS

o Internal Financial Controls (IFC)

o Standards on Auditing (SAs)

Working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO module exposure preferred).

Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and audit automation tools will be an added advantage.
