Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer -

Reports To: VP/Engineering or Tech Lead

Location: Bangalore or Mumbai (hybrid after 3

months) Experience: 3-6 years (preferably with fintech/trading background)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Design and build full-stack trading features (advanced orders, risk management,

reporting)

Build India-specific features (INR trading pairs, local payment methods, tax

reporting)

Implement real-time dashboards and trading interfaces

Integrate with payment processors, regulatory systems, market data feeds

Build and maintain admin dashboards for customer support and compliance

Implement KYC/AML workflows for Indian users

WebSocket integration for real-time price updates and order execution

Participate in on-call rotation for trading incidents

Write clean, well-tested code with documentation

Contribute to architecture decisions for trading systems

Technical Stack (Required Proficiency)

Backend: Python, Node.js, Go, or Java (real-time systems experience valuable)

Frontend:

React or Vue.js (with real-time data handling) Databases: PostgreSQL (primary), Redis

(caching), MongoDB (optional) Real-time: WebSockets,



Server-Sent Events APIs: REST,

WebSocket connections to exchanges/payment gateways Trading: Order management,

risk calculations, position tracking Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes basics, CI/CD

Required Skills

3-6 years building web applications

Strong backend development (Python, Node.js, Go, or Java)

Solid frontend skills (React or Vue)

Understanding of real-time systems and WebSockets

Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL)

RESTful API design and development

Explicit communication (async work across time zones)

Comfortable with fintech/trading concepts or ability to learn quickly

Nice-to-Haves

Previous crypto exchange or trading platform experience

Real-time data processing experience (Kafka, message queues)

WebSocket and real-time UI experience

Payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe)

Risk management system experience

Copy trading or algorithmic execution knowledge

MT5 or MetaTrader experience

Regulatory/compliance system experience
