- Ensure To Close The Tickets (Request, Incidents, Tasks, Itchg, Pbi, Kb) In Adhere Sla Time
- Providing Guidance To L1 Team To Process The Tickets
- Adhere The Compliance Quality On Tickets
- Participation In Bridge Calls/Mi To Troubleshoot The Critical Issues
- Ability To Work With Different Vendors
- Working With Different Regions Of Clients For Day To Day Network Issues, Flexible In Work Timings
- Working On Medium/Major Network Projects
- Co-Ordination With Different Teams To Resolve The Connectivity Issues
- Participating In Cab (Change Advisory Oard) And Presenting Change Requests; Also, Doing Pir (Post Implementation Review) For Each Changes And Publish In Report.
