Position: Accounts Receivable Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with (2nd and 4th Saturdays and all Sundays off).
Location: Mumbai HO - Lower Parel
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately in SAP.
- Generate customer invoices and ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate AR records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment-related issues.
- Prepare AR reports and MIS as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of journal entries and accounting principles.
- Positive understanding of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
