Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Expert with hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations to support the critical IT workplace of SBI Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning, availability,



and security of the bank's IT infrastructure and business-critical applications.You will work closely with the IT Operations team to monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise servers and applications, ensuring minimal downtime and uninterrupted services for SBI Bank's internal users and customers. This role offers an opportunity to work in a large-scale enterprise environment using industry-standard infrastructure technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and manage Windows & RHEL (Linux) servers.
- Manage and support Virtual Machines (VM).
- Configure and administer Oracle WebLogic and IIS servers.
- Monitor infrastructure using Dynatrace or similar APM tools.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve production issues.
- Manage OS and application upgrades and patch management.
- Implement and monitor security solutions.
- Manage SSL certificates and encryption.
- Support Load Balancer administration.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT Infrastructure and business-critical applications.
