We are looking for a skilled Fullstack_Senior Software_Java_Developer Backend with 5-8 years of experience to join our core backend team. As an Individual Contributor (IC), you will play a pivotal role in driving the backend engineering and ensuring high-quality code is delivered. This position involves coding, mentoring peers, conducting code reviews, and contributing to the overall success of an Enterprise-level Customer 360 platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Senior developer with strong hands-on experience in development of scalable, maintainable, and efficient backend solutions for the enterprise-level Customer 360 platform.
- Design and implement robust user microservices using Spring-boot.
- Contribute to the development of microservices with a focus on performance and usability.
- Enforce best practices for seamless backend development, ensuring high-quality code and efficient workflows.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on a day-to-day basis, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Contribute to microservices architecture and ensure smooth integration within the mono repo frameworks with Gradle build tool.
- Leverage Kubernetes platform portal to read application logs.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for automated testing and deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, backend, and DevOps,



to ensure seamless delivery of backend solutions.
- Utilize design patterns and best practices to solve complex technical problems and optimize the backend architecture.
- Maintain the code quality parameters like SONAR vulnerabilities, Code Coverage and code refactoring.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Java (8 and 12), Spring, Springboot, Distributed systems, Kafka, OAuth, API Gateway, API Security, Gradle or Maven build tool and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and other testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with building microservices and backend systems.
- Knowledge of seamless backend development practices and microservices architectures.
- Experience working in a mono repo setup.
- Experience with Kubernetes microservices orchestration platform.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins.
- In-depth knowledge of core JAVA design patterns.
- Understanding of backend fundamentals, including performance optimization in java code.
- Experience with React.js and other contemporary web frameworks(Optional)

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms, such as a customer 360 platform.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design efficient solutions for complex problems.
