We are hiring for a Chat Process role under the Fraud & Disputes Team. The role involves handling customer queries related to debit/ credit card fraud, unauthorized transactions and dispute resolution through chat support.

CIBIL Score:670 and above (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries related to Debit/Credit card fraud.
- Support customers with reserve transactions and banking process clarification.
- Assist customer with dispute resolution and fraud-related concerns.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and quality guidelines.
- Provide clear communication to customers and stakeholders regarding dispute status.
- Provide accurate information while following compliance guidelines.




- Ensure accurate case logging and documentation.

Required Skills:

- Experience in card operations, disputes, chargebacks, or complaints.
- Graduation is Mandatory.
- Solid analytical and investigation skills.
- Good verbal & written communication.
- Knowledge about dispute and regulation (Visa/MC).

Work Details:

- 5 days a week with 2 rotational offs.
- Shifts: 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Package:4 LPA- 4.2 LPA.
- Job Location: TIPCO PLAZA, MALAD.
