Job Purpose

To coordinate and manage all mutual fund related activities/ transactions executed on NCDEX Nidhi platform. The role requires ensuring seamless transaction processing, reconciliation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams, RTAs, AMCs, and exchange counterparts as per organizational guidelines to support smooth and error-free operations.

Key Result Areas

- Mutual Fund Transaction Processing & Operations:
- Handle end-to-end mutual fund transactions via exchange platforms (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, SIP/STP registrations).
- Monitor and resolve transaction rejections, exceptions, and platform-related issues through proactive coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee onboarding processes of AMC's and subsequent interactions.
- Manage scheme creation, maintenance, and updates on the platform, ensuring data accuracy and availability of investment products.
- Assist in implementation of new business requirements.
- Track and ensure adherence to defined turnaround times (TATs) and service level agreements (SLAs) across all stakeholders, driving timely closure of transactions and exceptions.

- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with the operations, Technology, Compliance, RTAs, AMCs, and exchange counterparts to facilitate seamless transaction processing and issue resolution.
- Address member/distributors/investors queries and ensure smooth resolution of query/issues.

- Testing & System Enhancements:
- Identify inefficiencies in operations and recommend automation/process improvements.
- Participate in system enhancements, UAT testing, and new feature rollouts.

- Compliance,



Reporting & Audit:
- Ensure adherence to SEBI and regulatory directives and internal policies.
- Prepare MIS, settlement data, and regulatory/audit reports in coordination with Clearing Corporations.
- Manage audit and compliance requirements with proper documentation and process adherence.

- Team management:
- Allocate responsibilities, monitor workload distribution, and ensure optimal utilization of team resources to meet day to day operational activities.
- Ensure adequate training and knowledge enhancement on mutual fund products, exchange platforms, regulatory changes, and operational processes.

Preferred Profile: -

Educational Qualification

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related fields; professional certifications (CA/ MBA preferred).
- 5- 7 years of prior experience in Mutual Fund operations, preferably in Exchanges, Clearing Corporations, or AMC's.
- Basic understanding of Mutual Fund operations structure, clearing and settlement cycles, and regulatory guidelines.
- Positive coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with Clearing Corporations, members, and internal teams.

Experience

- 5-7 years

Functional Competencies required

- Awareness of SEBI circulars related to Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations
- Understanding concepts related to Derivatives - Futures and Options Trade
- Experience of work related to Trading Operations / Risk Operations / Clearing Operations at Exchange, Clearing Corporation, Depositories or Stock Broker
- Proficiency in working on Excel
