Job Purpose

Drive business growth by achieving sales targets, expanding distribution, developing strategic partnerships, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring timely collections and sales reporting.

Key Accountabilities

Drive sales growth across existing and new business channels.

Develop and expand the distributor and retailer network across India.

Identify new business opportunities, channels, and strategic partnerships.

Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and range selling.

Manage key accounts, distributors, retailers, and corporate customers.

Improve customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and market support.

Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from distributors.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.

Prepare sales forecasts,



tour reports, and monthly MIS.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and business growth.

Candidate Profile

Graduate (MBA preferred).

7 to 10 years of experience in Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development.

Experience in distributor management, key account management, and channel expansion.

Robust negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting with willingness to travel extensively
