Job purpose:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our organization. The ideal candidate will inspire and engage students, foster a positive learning environment, and deliver high-quality instruction in accordance with the curriculum standards. The role requires a commitment to student success and a continuous pursuit of professional development.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver Life Skills modules that facilitate active learning experiences.

Follow modules, learning materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.

Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of students.

Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing feedback and support.

Maintain accurate and complete records of students progress and development.





Enforce school policies and rules and manage student behavior in the classroom.

Engage in career development and stay current with best teaching practices.

Collaborate with the team to plan and improve instructional practices.

Follow School’s guidelines for deliverables

Qualification Criteria

Masters/ Bachelor’s degree.

Life Skills Certification preferred

Proven experience as a Life Skills Mentor in a classroom setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using technology and digital tools for teaching and assessment.
