Position Summary
The Corporate Head Human Resources will lead the company's overall HR strategy and operations across all restaurant locations and the corporate office. The role is responsible for building a high-performing workforce, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring legal compliance, and supporting business growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company's HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead recruitment and manpower planning for all restaurants and corporate functions.
Build a robust employer brand and talent acquisition process.
Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit management.
Develop performance management and appraisal systems.
Create learning, training, and leadership development programs.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.
Manage compensation, benefits, salary structures,
and annual increments.
Ensure compliance with all labour laws and statutory regulations.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Monitor HR analytics, workforce planning, and productivity metrics.
Partner with Operations, Finance, and Senior Management to achieve business goals.
Lead and mentor the corporate HR team and restaurant HR personnel.
Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
15–20+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or service industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
