Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Area Chef to support our Food Service business in Pune. The role involves conducting live product demonstrations, customer trials, chef training sessions, menu innovation, and working closely with the sales team to increase product adoption and customer satisfaction across the HoReCa segment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct live cooking demonstrations and product presentations for HoReCa customers.
- Develop recipes and innovative menu applications using Veeba products.
- Support the sales team during customer visits, product launches, and business development activities.
- Conduct chef meets, food festivals, exhibitions, and culinary workshops.
- Train chefs, kitchen staff, and distributor teams on proper product usage and applications.
- Assist in onboarding new HoReCa accounts through successful product trials.
- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the Sales, Marketing, and R&D; teams.
- Ensure consistent product application and recommend suitable Veeba solutions based on customer requirements.




- Travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- 4–8 years of culinary experience in hotels, QSRs, cafs, restaurants, cloud kitchens, or FMCG Food Service.
- Experience in Continental, Italian, Oriental, Bakery, or Multi-Cuisine cooking.
- Valuable presentation and communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting live cooking demonstrations.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Pune and nearby regions.
- Valid driving licence preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with Food Service/FMCG brands.
- Knowledge of sauces, mayonnaise, gravies, seasonings, bakery ingredients, and beverage solutions.
- Experience interacting with chefs and HoReCa customers.
