Role & responsibilities

- Teach Computer Science/Computing to Primary, Lower secondary grades, including Cambridge IGCSE.
- Deliver engaging, project-based lessons with a robust focus on practical programming and problem-solving.
- Design coding projects, practical activities, and interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Assess student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Technical Proficiency Required:

- Python Programming
- Algorithms and Computational Thinking
- Flowcharts and Pseudocode
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Data Representation (Binary, Hexadecimal, Character Encoding)
- Computer Systems and Architecture
- Computer Networks and Internet Technologies
- Cybersecurity and Data Protection
- Database Concepts and SQL




- Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
- Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with IDEs such as VS Code, IDLE, Replit, or similar coding platforms
- Strong understanding of the Cambridge IGCSE Computing curriculum and assessment framework

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of teaching experience.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and lesson planning skills.
