Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close property deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the documentation and customer support teams for smooth transactions.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and project details.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
