We are hiring for a Cargo Operations Executive role for our client, an airline / air cargo company.
- Coordinate air cargo booking, documentation, and handling operations
- Ensure accurate cargo manifests and customs documentation
- Liaise with customs, ground handling, and warehouse teams for smooth cargo flow
- Monitor cargo safety and compliance with dangerous goods regulations
- Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies
Required Skills
- Understanding of air cargo operations and documentation processes
- Knowledge of customs and dangerous goods regulations (IATA DGR)
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail in documentation and compliance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Positive to Have
- IATA cargo/DGR certification
- Prior experience in air cargo or freight forwarding
- Knowledge of cargo handling systems.
