The Assistant Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers by identifying sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and promoting the bank's products and services. The role focuses on achieving acquisition targets while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Current Account and Savings Account customers through direct sales, field visits, referrals, and lead generation.
- Identify and approach potential customers, including salaried individuals, self-employed professionals, SMEs, traders, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
- Cross-sell banking products such as debit cards,
internet banking, mobile banking, fixed deposits, insurance, and investment products.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain the benefits and features of banking products.
- Ensure completion of KYC documentation and account opening formalities in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with branch operations and service teams for smooth account activation and customer onboarding.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and generate referrals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, and promotional events organized by the bank.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, risk management, and internal audit requirements.
