Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a portfolio of hotels across various brands such as Accor Hospitality, Club Mahindra Hollidays, Hilton Hotels, Hyatt Corp, Indian Hotels Company, InterContinental Hotels Group, ITC Limited, Marriott International, Minor Hotels, Radisson Hotel Group and Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces.
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel including front office management, housekeeping services, food & beverage outlets and other departments.
- Develop strategies to improve revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and yield management techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 15-30 years of experience in hospitality industry with expertise in asset management or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of hotel operations including front office management, housekeeping services, F&B; outlets etc. .
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth through effective pricing strategies and yield management techniques.
- Experience working with multiple brands such as Accor Hospitality's Novotel chain.
