Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CCTV Technician with hands-on experience in

the installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic security systems. The ideal

candidate should be proficient in CCTV, FAS, IDS, and Access Control systems, ensuring

optimal system performance, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Certification in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field.
- Minimum 24 years of experience in electronic security systems.
- Solid hands-on experience with:
- Analog & IP CCTV systems
- Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
- Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS)
- Access Control systems (Biometric, RFID, Card-based)
- Familiarity with leading brands (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, Bosch, Siemens,

etc.).

- Knowledge of networking basics (IP addressing, routers, switches) is an advantage.




- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV systems, FAS, IDS, and Access

Control systems at client sites.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure system integrity and

performance.

- Conduct site surveys, prepare installation plans, and coordinate with project managers

and engineers.

- Diagnose technical issues and provide timely resolutions, including hardware

replacements or software configuration.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Pull and terminate cables, mount equipment, and ensure neat and secure installations.
- Provide end-user training and documentation upon system handover.
- Maintain tools, inventory, and proper documentation for all jobs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Support after-hours service calls as needed (on-call rotation may apply).
