We are looking for an experienced Python Tech Lead with strong expertise in Python, Django, Flask, and AWS to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the Banking or Payments domain, with a robust understanding of secure, transaction-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based applications using Django and Flask.
- Architect and build scalable cloud-native solutions on AWS.
- Mentor development teams and drive engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with banking/payment industry standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Python, Django, Flask, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS/EKS, etc.).
- Experience with Banking or Payments platforms, payment gateways, transaction processing, or financial systems.
- Good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
