Role Summary

BindaasBunta is looking for a detail-oriented, well-travelled Assistant to work directly with Neera Malik to source, curate, and coordinate international outbound trips and group departures. This is a hands-on role covering destination research, itinerary building, vendor/DMC coordination, and client-facing trip support — ideal for someone who wants to build a career in international travel curation rather than routine ticketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and shortlist international destinations, hotels, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), and local operators for new signature tours and bespoke itineraries.
- Build detailed day-wise itineraries (flights, stay, transfers, sightseeing, meals) in coordination with overseas partners and ground handlers.
- Source and negotiate rates with international DMCs, hotels, and activity vendors; compare quotes for cost and quality.
- Coordinate hosted group departures end-to-end — visas, travel insurance, flight bookings, group logistics, and on-ground support documentation.
- Curate and maintain a live pipeline of trip ideas by season, destination trend, and client profile (couples, families, groups of 50+ travellers).




- Liaise with clients pre- and post-booking to understand preferences and personalize itineraries accordingly.
- Maintain accurate costing sheets, supplier contracts, and documentation for each tour/package.
- Support marketing content needs — trip highlights, itinerary write-ups, and destination information for the website and social media.
- Track visa requirements, travel advisories, and destination-specific compliance for outbound groups.
- Assist with vendor empanelment and building long-term relationships with airlines, DMCs, and hotel chains.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 3–4 years of experience in an outbound travel agency, tour operator, or DMC, specifically in international packages/group tours (not purely domestic or purely ticketing).
- A recognized travel & tourism course or diploma (e.g., IATA, travel & tourism management diploma, or equivalent certification).
- Strong working knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — comfortable drafting itineraries and speaking with clients and overseas vendors.
- Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets for costing and itinerary tracking; familiarity with GDS or travel CRM tools is a plus.
- Well organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple trips/vendors simultaneously.
- Personal passion for travel and genuine curiosity about new destinations preferred.

- Based out of the Okhla Phase II office, New Delhi.
- Hybrid working arrangement, with in-office presence required for vendor meetings, planning sessions, and coordination with Neera Malik.
