This is not a secretary role. This is a business execution role requiring ownership, follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Work directly with the Founder on daily priorities and strategic initiatives.

* Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, accounts, purchase, HR, agencies, distributors, manufacturers, and vendors.

* Maintain daily action trackers and ensure timely completion of tasks.

* Track sales performance, marketing campaigns, and business KPIs.

* Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, influencers, and e-commerce partners.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.

* Manage follow-ups and ensure closure of pending activities.

* Support recruitment, onboarding, and special business projects.

* Use AI tools, Excel, WhatsApp, and business software effectively.
