Qualification: Diploma (DME) / BE (Mechanical / Aerospace)
Experience: 1–4 Years

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Methods Engineers / Junior Engineers to support manufacturing engineering, NPD activities, process improvement, production optimization, and quality compliance activities in an aerospace manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Support NPD, DVI, and FAI activities.
• Prepare and maintain BOMs, routings, engineering documents, and project reports.
• Manage engineering change control and configuration management activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Conduct time studies and support productivity improvement initiatives.
• Analyze shop-floor issues and participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives, lean implementation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Assist in tooling management and manufacturing process planning.
• Ensure compliance with engineering quality standards and documentation requirements.

Required Skills





- Manufacturing process knowledge.
• Drawing interpretation and technical documentation.
• FAI, DVI, BOM & Routing preparation.
• Configuration Management.
• Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Six Sigma / Green Belt certification (optional).
• Design and manufacturing process understanding.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to drive improvement projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Knowledge

- AS9100 / Aerospace quality standards
• PPAP / APQP
• Value Stream Mapping
• Cost reduction activities
• Lean implementation & process improvement initiatives

Preferred Industry Background

- Aerospace Manufacturing
• Automotive / Sheet Metal Manufacturing
• Any Engineering / Manufacturing Industry with exposure to process improvement, lean, cost reduction, and manufacturing engineering activities
