- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Implementation Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules
- The ideal candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective HCM solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM implementations across the full project lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support)
- Conduct business requirement workshops and map requirements to Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities
- Configure and implement HCM modules such as:Core HR (HRHD Perks Global HR)Payroll Absence ManagementCompensationTalent Management OTLLearning ManagementPrepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts
- Perform unit testing, support UAT, and resolve functional issues
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data conversions
- Support data migration using tools like HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets
- Provide end-user training and documentation
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle best practices and compliance standards
- Support post-production issues and continuous system improvements
