Job Title: Trainer (Learning & Development)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees.

Conduct onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.

Identify training needs through assessments, performance reviews, and stakeholder feedback.

Create training materials, presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.

Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.

Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

Maintain training records, attendance, and certification documentation.

Collaborate with department managers to develop role-specific training plans.

Stay updated on industry trends, learning methodologies, and best practices.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory training requirements.
