Job Summary

The Aptitude Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering aptitude training programs to enhance students' quantitative, logical reasoning, verbal ability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, thereby improving their employability and success in campus recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver aptitude training sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Train students in:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Verbal Ability
- Data Interpretation
- Analytical & Critical Thinking

- Develop structured training modules based on current industry and placement requirements.
- Conduct diagnostic tests, mock aptitude tests, and regular assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Analyze assessment results and prepare improvement plans for students.
- Provide personalized mentoring and coaching to students requiring additional support.
- Prepare study materials, question banks, worksheets, and practice exercises.
- Keep abreast of the latest recruitment patterns followed by IT, Core Engineering, Consulting, Banking, and other recruiting organizations.
- Coordinate with the Placement Cell to align training schedules with campus recruitment drives.
- Maintain attendance, training records, assessment reports, and performance analytics.
- Monitor student participation and ensure maximum engagement during training sessions.
- Conduct remedial classes for slow learners and advanced sessions for high-performing students.
- Assist students in developing effective problem-solving techniques and time management skills for competitive examinations.
- Support the Placement Cell during campus recruitment activities whenever required.
- Continuously improve training methodologies using technology-enabled learning tools.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, English, Management, or a related discipline.
- Master's Degree is preferred.

Experience

- Experience in training engineering or management students is preferred.
- Prior experience in campus recruitment training will be an added advantage.
