Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, workflow automation, integrations, and ServiceNow platform customization. The candidate will work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to design, develop, and support HR digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Customize HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), HR Agent Workspace, and Lifecycle Events.
- Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Catalog Items, Record Producers, and Knowledge Management solutions.
- Create and enhance ServiceNow forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, script includes, and integrations.
- Develop and support REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, defect fixes, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.




- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
- Solid expertise in:
- HR Case Management
- Employee Center / Employee Service Center
- Lifecycle Events
- HR Agent Workspace
- Knowledge Management
- Flow Designer
- Service Catalog

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- HRSD Implementation Specialist Certification (preferred).
- Experience with ITSM, Integration Hub, and Employee Center Pro is an advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
