Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for ensuring product quality, maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS), driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing customer and supplier quality, and ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Quality team to achieve organizational quality objectives.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and other applicable standards).
- Plan and support internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
- Drive process quality, product quality, supplier quality, and customer quality initiatives.




- Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement activities.
- Monitor quality KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project teams to ensure quality compliance.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and supplier quality issues.
- Develop quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection standards.
- Mentor and develop the Quality team while fostering a culture of quality excellence.
