Namma Family Group is looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Chairman Execution Coordinator to work directly with the Chairman in driving strategic initiatives, cross-functional coordination, and business execution.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong project coordination, reporting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and execute Chairman's strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure timely execution and reporting.
- Track project progress, follow up with teams, and ensure accountability.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Support the Chairman in decision-making through data analysis and reporting.




- Identify execution bottlenecks and coordinate resolution.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and quality standards.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling business-critical information.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree (MBA Preferred)
- 45 years of experience in Executive Coordination, Project Management, or Operations.
- Excellent communication in Tamil & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Solid analytical, coordination, and execution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments and prioritize tasks.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
