Job Title: Java Backend Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java backend development, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java-based RESTful Web Services. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based RESTful Web Services and APIs.
- Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Integrate backend services with databases and external systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA,



and business stakeholders to deliver project milestones.
- Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.

Required Technical Skills

- Expert proficiency in Java
- Spring Boot
- Hibernate/JPA
- Java-based RESTful Web Services
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git

Positive to Have

- Basic understanding of JavaScript and jQuery for API integration and troubleshooting
- Exposure to CanvasJS
- Familiarity with Angular, MaterializeCSS, and CSS
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Preferred Experience

- 4+ years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in enterprise application development environments is preferred.
