TCS is hiring for Contract Lifecycle Management (Sirion)

Exp: 10 to 12 years

Location: Pan India

Experience working with Sirion CLM platform.

Solid understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes.

Knowledge of contract authoring, approval workflows, obligation management, and contract analytics.

Experience in business requirement gathering and process mapping.

Understanding of legal, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with CLM implementations or enhancements.

Knowledge of integrations with SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or other enterprise platforms.

Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.

CLM certification or Sirion platform certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain the Sirion CLM platform based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze,



and document business requirements related to contract management processes.
- Design and implement contract workflows, templates, clause libraries, approval matrices, and reporting dashboards.
- Support contract lifecycle activities including:
- Contract creation
- Negotiation
- Approval workflows
- Execution
- Obligation management
- Renewals and amendments
- Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and Compliance stakeholders to improve contract processes.
- Perform data migration, integration support, and system testing activities.
- Develop and execute UAT test cases and support end-user training.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Create reports and dashboards to track contract KPIs, compliance, risks, and obligations.
- Support integration of Sirion with ERP, CRM, procurement, and document management systems.
