PW MedEd is Indias fastest-growing learning platform for medical students, offering preparation for NEET PG, FMGE, and MBBS through high-quality faculty and structured content. The Campus Ambassador Program is a key growth initiative focused on building strong student networks across medical colleges in India.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will manage the Campus Ambassador (CA) network for medical colleges in Karnataka & Chennai with key responsibilities including:

1. Onboarding Current Campus Ambassadors

- Calling and explaining the Campus Ambassador Program to interested medical students
- Guiding students through registration and onboarding
- Ensuring onboarding targets are achieved college-wise and state-wise

2. Engagement with Existing Campus Ambassadors

- Regular engagement via WhatsApp, calls,



and video check-ins
- Addressing queries related to campaigns, rewards, and incentives
- Updating CAs on new offers, tasks, events, and initiatives
- Coordinating welcome kits, incentives, and creative support

3. Reporting & Coordination

- Maintaining daily call logs and engagement trackers
- Sharing weekly performance reports with the central team
- Coordinating with State Heads and Regional Managers as required

Key Skills Required:

- Strong communication (Hindi, English & Regional Language), persuasion, and student-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
