Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deliver corporate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee knowledge and skills, and create customized training plans accordingly.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) to track employee progress, attendance, and assessment results.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging content for various formats such as instructor-led sessions, e-learning modules, or online webinars.
Job Requirements :
- 13-17 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
- Robust background in program management, talent development, and training management.
- Proven expertise in conducting training needs analysis and developing effective solutions.
