Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, and custom modules.
- Deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP 2.6).
- Standardize deployment services and automate application delivery using CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, operations, and application teams to implement automation solutions.
- Integrate Ansible with CI/CD tools, monitoring platforms, ITSM tools, and cloud services.
- Troubleshoot complex automation, deployment, and infrastructure issues.
- Implement RBAC, credential management, security, and compliance within Ansible Automation Platform.
- Manage Linux servers (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) across development, staging, and production environments.
- Develop automation using Python, Shell, Perl, or Ruby scripting.
- Create technical documentation, automation standards, and reusable templates.
- Mentor team members and promote automation best practices.
- Evaluate recent Ansible features, modules, and integrations for continuous improvement.
