We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across South India. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in *water-based ink sales* and a proven track record of driving revenue, managing distribution, and building customer relationships in the printing & packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership - Own and drive sales targets for the entire South region including Telangana, AP, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala

Market Development - Identify recent accounts, distributors, and market opportunities in flexible packaging, labels, corrugation & commercial printing.

Client Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key printers, packaging companies

Team Handling -Mentor and manage the sales team/distributors in the South territory

Technical Selling- Promote and sell water-based ink solutions. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with R&D;/Technical team for solutions .

Business Planning - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.



Monitor competition and market trends

Collection & Compliance - Ensure timely order booking, collections, and adherence to company policies

Desired Qualifications & Experience:Education : Bachelors Degree. MBA in Marketing preferred

Experience :Minimum *8 years of experience in sales of water-based inks* for printing & packaging industry

Location :Based in *Hyderabad*. Must be willing to travel extensively across South IndiaProduct Knowledge :Strong technical understanding of water-based inks, substrates, and printing processes

Skills :Proven sales track record, negotiation skills, distributor management, and customer relationship management

Languages:Fluency in English + Telugu/Hindi. Knowledge of other South Indian languages is an advantage. What We Offer- Competitive salary + incentives- Travel allowance ( candidate should own a two wheeler )-
