About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Campus Recruitment Specialist to drive our campus hiring strategy and build a strong talent pipeline from leading colleges and universities. If you have prior experience in campus recruitment and enjoy building long-term institutional relationships, we'd love to connect.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and strengthen relationships with colleges, universities, and placement cells.




- Plan and execute end-to-end campus recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce plans.
- Manage campus engagement initiatives, pre-placement talks, and hiring events.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the campus hiring process.
- Maintain hiring dashboards and provide regular updates on campus recruitment progress.

Ideal Candidate

- 2-5 years of experience in Campus Recruitment is mandatory.
- Robust network with colleges and placement offices is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campus drives simultaneously. Top of Form
