- Subject matter expert for Real Estate Fund Administration (FA), Real Estate Technology, and Fund Implementations.
- Thorough understanding of deal requirements in Real Estate Fund Administration for successful fund implementation, including leading scoping exercises with internal accounting teams for recent entity setup.
- Work on complex project setup in Yardi such as management fees and performance calculations
- Work with the technology team to deploy new software such as DataExchange 2.0 and ensure it egresses correctly to Yardi
- Work with Real Estate accounting team to ensure best practices are utilized across all of Fund Administration.
- Work with leadership to review, suggest, and implement process improvements to ensure compliance adherence across Real Estate accounting group.
- Assist with managing the workload of the Analyst.
- Coordination of system configuration information with Tech team.
- Coordination of data testing and validation for funds being implemented/migrated
- Coordination of custom reporting setup
- Consistent involvement with troubleshooting and resolving business user s requests.

Requirements:

- Information Technology literate, proficient in Yardi, and strong Excel skills




- Strong understanding of different types of investments
- Broad market knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to navigate unexpected challenges
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
- 7 + years in fintech, financial services, real estate, finance, or accounting
- Demonstrate the AD Values
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting (or related field) a plus
- Knowledge of current industry standards (ex: ILPA reporting, NCREIF, return calculation methodology, performance modeling, etc.)
