We are Hiring for Corporate Recruiter at Sunrise Biztech Systems (Manyata Tech Park) Bangalore.

Position: Corporate Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Group (TAG)

Location: Manyata Tech Park - Bangalore, INDIA

Experience: 1 Year to 4 year's of experience into recruitment

Shift Timings: 3:00 pm to 12:00am (IST) with only 5 days working (Sat & Sun Fixed off)

Job Description:

Preferred Qualifications:

- Involve in End to End recruitment IT & NON-IT Hiring; right from sourcing, screening, coordinating the interviews, release the offer and follow up with the candidates.
- Call the candidates extensively and provide them with the job chance and close the job position accordingly.
- Utilize multiple techniques to source candidates, preferably LinkedIn. These techniques include but are not limited to cold calling, referrals, job boards, professional associations etc.




- Should have experience working with US Staffing Industry & hiring US Recruiters

General Skills:

- 1 to 4 year of experience in Recruitment preferably from Staffing Industry
- Should have excellent communication skills
- Should be able to deliver results under minimum supervision
