The Analytics Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team comprising Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and AI Engineers to design and deliver end-to-end data and analytics solutions. The role requires a balance of technical leadership, problem-solving acumen, and business understanding to ensure analytics initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with organizational goals. You will be responsible for defining project scopes, driving client engagements, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring the successful deployment of analytics platforms, dashboards, and AI-driven applications that generate measurable business outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Team & Delivery Leadership
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, data analysts, and AI engineers.
- Manage the full analytics delivery lifecycle from requirement definition and data design to solution deployment and insight communication.
- Ensure alignment between business needs, data capabilities, and technical execution.
- Promote collaboration, agile delivery, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Project & Execution Management

- Translate business problems into structured data and analytics solutions.
- Oversee the development of data models, dashboards, APIs, and AI/ML solutions.
- Prioritize workloads, manage dependencies, and track progress to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Implement scalable processes for data validation, governance, and version control.

- Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders,



and internal teams to understand goals and translate them into actionable analytics initiatives.
- Present insights, solution proposals, and progress updates in a clear, business-friendly manner.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and visual storytelling.

- Innovation & Capability Building

- Encourage adoption of up-to-date data technologies and AI frameworks within the team.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve data workflows.
- Keep abreast of emerging analytics tools, ML Ops practices and AI trends to enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills

- Hands-on expertise in SQL, Python, and Power BI (or equivalent BI tools).
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and coordinating delivery across analytics, development, and AI tracks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of cloud environments and API-based solution design.

Preferred Experience

- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or application development, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or project management capacity.
- Exposure to AI/ML development lifecycles and integration into analytics platforms.
- Experience working in agile environments with sprint planning, retrospectives, and release management.
- Understanding of data architecture, CI/CD for analytics, and version control systems (Git).

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Certifications in project management, cloud, or analytics (optional but preferred).
