Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Technical Architect with strong expertise in the Manufacturing industry to drive digital transformation and strategic business growth across manufacturing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess deep manufacturing domain knowledge, enterprise architecture expertise, and the ability to identify account expansion opportunities through consultative engagement and account mining. This role requires close collaboration with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to design innovative manufacturing solutions and increase customer wallet share.

Key Responsibilities Business Growth Account Mining

- Analyze existing manufacturing accounts to identify cross-sell, up-sell, and digital transformation opportunities.
- Perform account mining to uncover whitespace opportunities and create strategic account growth plans.
- Develop account expansion roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives and emerging technology trends.
- Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Practice teams to convert opportunities into successful engagements.
- Drive revenue growth by positioning new digital engineering and manufacturing solutions.

Business Technology Consulting
- Serve as a trusted advisor for manufacturing transformation initiatives.
- Understand customer business challenges and translate them into technology-driven solutions.
- Define business capabilities, digital transformation roadmaps, and enterprise architecture strategies.
- Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.

Technical Architecture
- Design end-to-end solution architectures for digital manufacturing programs.
- Provide technical leadership across Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, Digital Manufacturing, IIoT, MES, ERP integration, Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Twin, and Analytics initiatives.




- Ensure solution architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams throughout solution implementation.

Manufacturing Domain Leadership
- Provide expertise in:
- Production Planning Scheduling
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
- Shop Floor Operations
- Quality Management
- Supply Chain Logistics
- Asset Performance Management
- Plant Maintenance
- Inventory Warehouse Management
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

- Stay updated with emerging manufacturing technologies and industry best practices.

Pre-Sales Solutioning
- Lead technical solutioning for RFPs, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Develop business cases, value propositions, and ROI models.
- Support executive briefings and strategic customer workshops.
- Mentor solution architects and manufacturing consultants.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline.
- Masters degree (MBA/MS) preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT, Digital Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Consulting.
- Proven experience working with large global manufacturing enterprises.
- Strong experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
