Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic Field Sales Executive to promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, medical stores, and distributors. The role requires frequent field visits, relationship building, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit doctors, chemists, and distributors to promote pharma products.
- Generate recent leads and sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product presentations and explain benefits.
- Monitor competitor products and market trends.
- Submit daily visit reports and sales reports.
- Ensure product availability at pharmacies.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of pharma sales process.
- Ability to travel locally for field visits.
- Self-motivated and target oriented.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years experience in pharma field sales or medical representative role.
Education
- Graduate (Preferred: B. Pharm / D. Pharm / Life Sciences)
