We are a fast-growing D2C baby care brand offering premium products across feeding, baby skincare, bath essentials, toys, and accessories. Our products are available on Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, Zepto, Instamart, and our own D2C website.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end supply chain and e-commerce operations. The role involves inventory planning, procurement, warehouse management, order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and marketplace operations to ensure seamless business execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inventory planning and replenishment across all sales channels.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for production planning and timely deliveries.
- Oversee warehouse operations including inward, pick & pack, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure timely replenishment to Amazon FBA, Flipkart, and other fulfillment centers.
- Manage procurement, purchase orders, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor inventory ageing, stock availability, and order fulfillment.
- Track operational KPIs including SLA, cancellations, returns, and fill rate.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency.




- Lead warehouse and operations teams and drive productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or E-commerce.
- Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, procurement, and logistics.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
