Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Agent Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents using up-to-date agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and AIOps/MLOps, with hands-on experience building autonomous agents that can reason, plan, and act. You will work closely with AI architects, prompt engineers, and platform teams to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities AI Agent Development

- Design and build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks.
- Develop agent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and other agent frameworks.
- Implement multi-agent orchestration and agent collaboration patterns.
- Build reusable agent components and autonomous workflows for enterprise AI applications.

Agent Frameworks LLM Integration

- Develop AI applications using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Implement ReAct reasoning patterns and agent guardrails.
- Build memory management capabilities and Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based tool integration.
- Integrate external APIs, enterprise tools, and knowledge sources into AI agents.
- Collaborate with prompt engineers to optimize prompts and agent performance.

Python Engineering

- Develop scalable backend services using Python.
- Build asynchronous applications, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Ensure clean architecture and maintainable code following engineering best practices.

AIOps MLOps

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and machine learning deployments.
- Automate model deployment, monitoring, testing, and version management.
- Implement observability, logging, and operational monitoring for AI applications.
- Support production AI systems through AIOps best practices.

Data Cloud Platforms

- Develop AI solutions leveraging Snowflake, Databricks, and Lakehouse architectures.
- Integrate enterprise data platforms with AI agent workflows.




- Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data access and processing.

Collaboration Best Practices

- Work closely with architects, data engineers, prompt engineers, and product teams.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development expertise.
- Hands-on experience developing production-grade AI and LLM-based applications.
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
