ROLES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build a referral eco system for the hospital through straight liaising with surrounding districts and state for service utilization. Conduct presentations to these organization s/ Physicians of these services and facilities of the hospital. Organize direct negotiations and contacts for services with these organizations.
- Participate in these negotiations through the provision of information about prices and / or costs, suggested health care package programs, or other data as requested by the Director.
- Sharing feedback about the brand perception received from customers during one on one interaction and even otherwise to the management and to the concerned department through BDM / Directors and work towards the closure of the same.
- Coordinate and manage specific requirements requested by third party customers, i.e., customized reports etc.,



Respond to all enquiries by third party customers. Refer all complaints to the customer service department, but monitor complaints to assure that responses to third party customers are made on timely basis.
- Monitor the business of competitors in the market. Provide to the Director and the Board about overall market conditions as requested.
- Empanel Drs. for facility utilization for services and procedure.
- Organize and conduct various community related programs developed by the communication department of the company e.g
- Health talks and community education programs
- To develop a Super Specialty as an Separate Business Unit to have a focused

approach and optimized revenue output

- Health camps: client contact programs
- CME programs, wellness programs
- sports / CSR programme and Special events

Qualifications:

- MBA/ Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience Qualifications

- More than 3 years of experience with minimum of 1 years in Hospital sales Marketing.

- Excellent man management skills (Internal External) Tenacity.
- Planning, Organizing Execution
- Add 100% compliance in entering the complaints in PFMS from all channels. correct analysis of complaints and MIS. Compliance and fulfilling of all requirements as and when appear in internal audits and External audits.
