About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Private Chef to manage daily meal preparation for a family of two in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a variety of cuisines, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and creating nutritious, flavorful meals tailored to family preferences.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
- Cook a wide range of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Asian, and other multi-cuisine dishes.
- Design weekly and monthly menus based on dietary preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Purchase, inspect, and manage groceries and kitchen supplies when required.
- Ensure proper food storage, kitchen cleanliness, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Prepare meals for guests and special occasions as needed.
- Maintain inventory of kitchen essentials and coordinate replenishment.
- Adapt recipes and menus based on health, dietary,



or lifestyle requirements.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of multiple cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Ability to prepare healthy, balanced, and restaurant-quality meals.
- Excellent understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet in a private household setting.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work up to 12 hours per day as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary certification or formal hospitality training.
- Previous experience working with HNIs, expat families, or private residences.
- Ability to accommodate special dietary requirements (healthy meals, low-carb, vegetarian, etc.).
