Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate construction activities for the assigned project package/area.
- Monitor and review contractors' construction plans, execution strategies, progress, and overall performance.
- Report to the Project Director and seek necessary guidance and support for effective project execution.
- Review contractors' work schedules and ensure alignment with the overall project timeline and milestones.
- Ensure effective coordination among contractors, PMC teams, client representatives, and project stakeholders for timely implementation.
- Handle communication and correspondence related to key project issues between the client, contractors, and PMO.
- Coordinate with the PMO team to maintain project schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
- Ensure implementation and compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).




- Drive project progress through close coordination with site teams and contractors.
- Monitor construction productivity, quality, safety, and adherence to contractual requirements.
- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and proactively recommend corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

For Construction Manager - Civil

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 15 to 20 years of experience in construction management of industrial plants, steel plants, mining projects, beneficiation plants, power plants, large infrastructure, or EPC projects.
- Strong experience in civil construction, structural works, foundations, buildings, and infrastructure development.
- Knowledge of project planning, contractor management, quality systems, and safety practices.

For Construction Manager Mechanical

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15 to 20 years of experience in construction management of industrial plants, steel plants, beneficiation plants, mineral processing plants, power plants, or heavy engineering projects.
- Robust exposure to equipment erection, piping, mechanical systems, commissioning support, and contractor coordination.
- Sound understanding of project execution, construction methodologies, HSE requirements, and project controls.
