Position: Engineering Sales & Marketing Manager- Jigani Plant Bangalore

Job Location: Jigani Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies specifically aligned with the automotive sector.

- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings to identify business growth opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with planning and production teams to support new product launches and enhance market penetration.

- Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.

- Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement promotional materials and marketing campaigns as required.

- Prepare and present detailed marketing performance reports, forecasts, and trend analyses to management.





- Must be good at tracking sales from Engineering sales from production to customer

- Exposure to SAP is required to manage MIS & present to management

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical) and Marketing, or a related discipline (Automotive specialization preferred).

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience within the automotive industry.

- Strong understanding of automotive market trends, products, and technologies.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
