THE ROLE

- We are looking for a highly motivated RTL Design Engineer to join our growing Silicon Design Engineering team. The candidate will contribute to IP RTL design activities for next-generation high-performance semiconductor products. This role requires strong VLSI RTL fundamentals, hands-on expertise in Verilog/SystemVerilog, and the ability to collaborate effectively across Design, Architecture, Firmware, and Validation teams.

The engineer should demonstrate ownership, execution excellence, and an eagerness to learn new architectures and technologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate with RTL engineers to implement logic design features and verify the various aspects of the design
- Enable RTL quality checks such as lint, CDC, upf generation at multiple levels
- Automation of Design flows or checks
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure high-quality silicon delivery.





REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

- 3+ years of experience in ASIC/IP/SoC Design
- Strong expertise in:
- SystemVerilog
- Functional verification concepts
- Positive understanding of digital design fundamentals and computer architecture concepts.
- Experience with industry-standard tools such as VCS, Verdi, Synopsis, Spyglass, 0in
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to scripting languages such as Python, Perl, ERB or Shell.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- CDC concepts and knowledge of multi clock domain designs
- Exposure to low-power verification methodologies (UPF/CPF).
- Familiarity with Power states, Power domain architecture, level shifter, isolation cell strategy, power gating methodology is an added advantage.

Key Skills to look for in CV: RTL with CDC, UPF, vclint etc run experience added advantage
