Role & responsibilities

1. Assisting HOD for QA activities.

2. Ensuring day to day QA activities are planned and executed effectively.

3. Handling customer complaints with proper CA and implementation of actions.

4. Control of NC parts

5. Conducting daily NCR meetings to dispose NC parts with CA.

6. Measuring and monitoring systems (gauges) are calibrated as per the plan.

7. Providing technical support to QA Engineers and Inspectors.

8. Preparation of MIS and driving improvements through continual improvement projects.

9. Process and product audits are conducted as per the plan.

Measuring and monitoring the performances of team members.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with any technical diploma/degree with 12+years of experience in QA and QC in a manufacturing company
