Role & responsibilities

- Internal communications as well as to the internal/ external stake holders on behalf of the leader.

- Administrative support by performing functions such as schedule meetings, manage calendar, draft schedule for leadership visits, receive visitors, arrange conference calls etc. by deciding priority.

- Make all international and domestic travel arrangements including visa, flights, hotels, forex, transportation etc., deal with any last minute changes/ cancellations etc.

- Take care of travel expense reports / reimbursements/ update distribution lists.

- Support the Leader with ...

1. Monthly all office meeting and Leadership update.
2. Track and update on projects and dashboards.
3. All materials for any travel with different purposes

- Update team organization charts.





- Coordination with the internal members as well as across the globe.

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annual KPM reports.

- Attend business review meetings and coordinate updates .
- Captain of the committee for internal and global news-letter.
- Arrange team events/ global visits/ vendor meets & summits.

Note : This role is on third party payroll, its not a contractual role

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in similar role.

- Bachelors degree

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must ,

- Previous experience in a rapid-paced organizations.

- Tech-Savvy.

- Internet Fluency.
